Job summary

Pollo Regio Corporate Office in Wisconsin is seeking an Entry Level, full-time position in Learning & Development to help establish a learning culture and support organizational training plans.

You will assist the Training Specialist, administer the LMS, create content, deliver modules, and help measure training effectiveness. Bilingual English/Spanish, strong MS Office skills, and a degree in learning and development are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience creating learning content and training modules.
• Willing to assist with voice-overs and webinars.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Degree in learning and development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the Training Specialist and analyze requirements to tailor training modules.
• Administer and develop the LMS for the target group of employees.
• Create content for training modules.
• Proofread and ensure timely delivery of modules through the LMS.
• Assist in tracking the effectiveness of training modules.
• Record and edit audio for training voice-overs.
• Research online resources for module planning and creation.
