Job summary

California Conservation Corps is seeking a Training Content Developer to create curated learning content for our Learning Management System (Cornerstone) and to work with SMEs to close performance gaps. You will design modules, desk aids, and evaluative materials that align with adult learning principles.

Based in Sacramento with hybrid work options, you will present in-person and virtual trainings, analyze training effectiveness, and recommend improvements while collaborating across the STEP

Qualifications

• Experience creating learning content aligned with adult learning theory.
• Ability to work with subject matter experts to identify gaps and design solutions.
• Proven track record of evaluating training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Create curated learning content for the Learning Management System (Cornerstone).
• Collaborate with SMEs to isolate performance and knowledge gaps and develop training.
• Formulate programmatic solutions and determine on-demand vs instructor-led needs.
• Co-facilitate in-person and virtual instructor-led training.
• Develop training evaluation analyses and recommend improvements.
