The role requires a postgraduate degree, coaching or facilitation certification, and evidence of adult-learning expertise, with travel internationally as needed and hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum postgraduate degree, preferably at master’s level.
• Formal certification in coaching or process facilitation would be advantageous.
• Registration with a professional body such as HPCSA, SABPP, or COMENSA would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Company, acting as an ambassador to the corporate learning market.
• Develop business through new and existing revenue streams in learning design.
• Interpret market intelligence to enable informed decision-making.
• Architect learning solutions aligned to client objectives and organisational outcomes.
• Deliver delivery as Learning Process Facilitator (LPF) when required.
• Ensure quality and timely execution of all client engagements.
