Job summary

Ripco Credit Union is seeking an innovative Learning Design & Development Specialist to design engaging training programs, enhance onboarding experiences, support leadership development, and help create exceptional member experiences across the organization.

You will develop digital learning content, partner with leaders to identify learning needs, and measure results to continuously improve resources and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs.
• Credit union or financial wellness experience preferred.
• CCUFC and CCUF designations preferred; must earn within 12 months if not certified.
• Experience creating digital learning content.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
• At least three years of progressively responsible experience designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating workplace learning programs; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in a credit union, financial institution, financial wellness program, or financial counseling environment preferred.
• Current Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation preferred; must complete the Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP) and earn the CCUFC designation within 12 months of hire if not already certified.
• Certified Credit Union Facilitator (CCUF) designation preferred at hire; ability to earn the designation within 12 months of hire required.
• Experience creating digital learning content and instructional materials
