Job summary

Ripco Credit Union is seeking a Learning Design & Development Specialist to design engaging training programs, enhance onboarding, and support leadership development across the organization. You will help employees grow, lead, and deliver exceptional member experiences.

You will partner with leaders to identify learning needs, create practical solutions, and measure outcomes to continuously improve learning resources and programs. Join a team dedicated to community impact and employee growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• At least three years designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating workplace learning programs.
• Experience in a credit union or financial wellness context preferred.
• CCUFC certification: CCUFC preferred; must complete FiCEP within 12 months of hire if not already certified.
• CCUF designation preferred; ability to earn within 12 months of hire.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred


• At least three years of progressively responsible experience designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating workplace learning programs; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.


• Experience in a credit union, financial institution, financial wellness program, or financial counseling environment preferred.


• Current Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation preferred; must complete the Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP) and earn the CCUFC designation within 12 months of hire if not already certified.


• Certified Credit Union Facilitator (CCUF) designation preferred at hire; ability to earn the designation within 12 months of hire required.


• Experience creating digital learning content and instructional materials
