  • Organized perfectionists known for meticulous documentation, compliance accuracy and flawless execution across high-volume, global environments
  • Engaging collaborators whose charisma and credibility allow them to effortlessly build influential relationships with developers, senior stakeholders and subject matter experts

  • Experience with learner data, platform analytics, completion tracking and compliance reporting required
  • Experience working in large-scale environments serving global or high-volume user populations required
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams or developers required
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance digital learning design, platform optimization or workflow automation required
  • Experience with accessibility standards and digital learning QA preferred
