Zusammenfassung

DIA is seeking a Manager, Learning & Continuing Education in Washington, DC to ensure educational activities meet ACPE, IACET, ACCME, PMI, and ANCC standards. You will lead accreditation processes, manage certificate programs, and collaborate with partners to offer CME and nursing credits.

You’ll oversee CE operations, drive program improvements, and coordinate with faculty and stakeholders to deliver high-quality continuing education offerings in a dynamic, globally connected environment.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English and strong communication skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, education, or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in continuing education programs in pharmaceutical/healthcare fields is required.

Aufgaben

• Ensure educational events comply with ACPE, IACET, PMI guidelines.
• Determine credit and certificate units for each event.
• Collaborate with accreditation partners to offer CME and nursing credits.
• Oversee certificate program compliance with ANSI/ASTM E2659 standards.
• Lead accreditation applications and site visits; manage reaccreditation processes.
• Provide CE program policy guidance and staff training on regulatory requirements.
