Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee and reinforce content strategy, including audits, taxonomies, and meta frameworks.

• Analyze user feedback and learning analytics to improve UX.
• Participate in L&D project teams to manage content impact.
• Identify and implement process improvements for content standards.
• Inspire teamwork and accountability during change.
• Lead team in new initiatives meeting company goals.
