Job summary

Paychex seeks a L&D Learning Content Curator to identify, publish, and organize content within the Learning & Development Center. You will maintain governance, taxonomy, metadata, and versioning to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

You will collaborate with learning designers, drive LMS/DMS enhancements, and analyze usage data to improve user experience and content effectiveness. This role supports Paychex's commitment to workforce development and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Education is required.
• 3 years of instructional design and/or project management experience.
• 5 years of experience in Microsoft Office products, including Office suite and Office 365.
• Content governance and curation is required.
• Taxonomy and metadata management is required.
• LMS administration and content management is required.
• Learning analytics and reporting is required.
• Knowledge management is required.
• Stakeholder consulting is required.
• Content lifecycle management is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and reinforce content strategy, including audits, gap analyses, taxonomies, metadata, style guides, and migration plans.
• Lead communication and execution of LMS and DMS platform enhancements.
• Partner with learning designers to drive performance support with on-demand content.
• Analyze user feedback and system usage to improve UX and content.
• Participate on L&D project teams to manage content impact and processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements for content standards and procedures.
• Inspire teamwork and accountability during change and initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative environment and drive team performance.
