Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a Learning Consultant to manage the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training focused on the retention aspect of the Medicare line of business. This role is fully remote and nationwide, with a pay range of $56,200 to $101,000 per year.

Responsibilities include facilitating new hire and ongoing training, performing needs analyses to design curricula, reviewing program objectives, researching industry trends, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Training, Learning Design or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of learning and development experience, including adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
• Experience in a healthcare/managed care setting preferred.

• Comply with all policies and standards

Highly Preferred Skills

• Facilitation expertise
• Performance consulting background completing root cause analysis and identifying performance gaps
• Medicare Sales experience preferably within retention
• Data driven learning capabilities
• Relationship building skills and techniques to assist in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Training, Learning Design or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of learning and development experience, including adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
• Experience in a healthcare/managed care setting preferred.

Pay Range: $56,200.00 - $101,000.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
