The University of Oklahoma's Center for Public Management is seeking a Learning Consultant to monitor, create, manage, and evaluate training programs across various initiatives. This role also handles contract budgets and communicates progress to customers and clients.
The position requires a bachelor's degree and at least 24 months of related experience, with an equivalency option replacing the degree. A master's degree and additional project/budget experience are preferred for advancement.
Pay Range: Targeted salary $47,500 - $51,000 annually, based on experience

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Learning Consultant's position responsibilities are monitoring, creating, managing, and evaluating training programs. The Learning Consultant also manages contract budgets and provides regular updates to customers and clients in program areas.
Required Education and Experience:
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months of experience.
