Job summary

The University of Oklahoma's Center for Public Management (OU CPM) is seeking a technical support specialist to join the Abuse and Neglect hotline team in Oklahoma City. You will troubleshoot and resolve IT issues to support public service operations and protect vulnerable populations.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and at least 2 years of IT experience; equivalency to 72 months of experience may be substituted for the degree.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 2 years of experience in Information Technology or related experience.
  • Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months experience.

Responsibilities

  • Technical support for the Abuse and Neglect hotline, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner.

Job description

Pay Range:Targeted salary $20.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Benefits Eligible:Yes

Work Schedule:Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel:May be required
