Job summary

University of Oklahoma's Center for Public Management is seeking a Learning Consultant to monitor, create, manage, and evaluate training programs. You will also oversee contract budgets and provide regular updates to clients across program areas.

Required is a Bachelor's degree with 24 months of related experience; an equivalency up to 72 months may substitute. A Master's degree and budget-management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred for departmental advancement and program oversight.
  • Experience in budget management and coordinating training initiatives is advantageous.

Pay Range: Targeted salary $47,500 - $51,000 annually, based on experience

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel: May be required

Position Introduction

Join the Center for Public Management (OU CPM) at the University of Oklahoma and be part of a team dedicated to making a daily impact in the lives of Oklahomans. The Learning Consultant's position responsibilities are monitoring, creating, managing, and evaluating training programs. The Learning Consultant also manages contract budgets and provides regular updates to customers and clients in program areas.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 24 months of experience related to the essential duties.
Equivalency/Substitution

Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months of experience.

Department Preferences
  • Master's degree in Education, Business Management, or related field.
  • Three (3) years' experience in project and budget management.
