Job summary

Cabrillo College is seeking a full-time, 12-month Program Coordinator for the Learning Communities Center to plan, coordinate, and implement student programs, services and events. The role involves managing budgets, pursuing funding, and providing outreach to connect students with campus resources.

The ideal candidate will support a diverse student population, maintain records, report results, and partner with campus and community entities to promote academic success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework relevant to the program and at least three years of progressively responsible experience in student support or related field.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement Learning Communities Center programs and events.
• Monitor program budget and seek funding opportunities.
• Provide outreach and access to campus resources for students.
• Maintain student records and report program results.
• Collaborate with departments and community partners to support student success.
