Qualifications

• Knowledge of foundational learning strategies and academic success practices for undergraduates.
• Ability to assess learning needs and tailor coaching approaches to diverse learners.
• Experience with program coordination and data maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual and small-group academic coaching to undergraduates, developing learning strategies and study skills.
• Coordinates day-to-day operations of the Strategic Learning Program including scheduling workshops and maintaining materials.
• Recommends learning resources and campus supports as needed.
• Facilitates workshops and presentations on evidence-informed learning strategies.
• Maintains accurate student records and supports program assessment efforts.
• Collaborates with colleagues on student success initiatives and Center needs.
• Participates in professional development and staff meetings.
