Job summary

Cabrillo College is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Multicultural Student Center to coordinate programs, events, and services that support diverse student populations. The role requires collaboration with campus partners, budget management, and outreach to students and community resources.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and a strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and student success. This is a full-time position with a 12-month schedule and benefits under CalPERS.

Qualifications

• Understanding of diverse academic, socio-economic, ethnic, religious, and cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement programs and services for student engagement.
• Experience coordinating budgets and tracking program outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement programs and activities for the Multicultural Center to promote student success.
• Monitor program budget and assist with grant/funding solicitation.
• Provide access to student support services and refer students to counselors and resources.
• Develop and maintain enrollment and participation records for the program.
