Responsibilities

• Assist with circulation of Learning Commons materials and equipment.
• Provide software and hardware support in labs, classrooms and commons.
• Monitor lab/workflow and user logins.
• Troubleshoot technology issues and report findings to the department.
• Help with departmental workshops and staff training.
