• Recruit, hire, supervise, and retain qualified peer tutors.
• Develop schedules for in-person, embedded, and online tutoring.
• Administer payroll and staffing using Learning Commons software.
• Promote services and market the Learning Commons to students.
• Train staff to refer students to subject-area experts.
