Job summary

Walmart is seeking a hands-on Manager, Learning & Development, Agency/Partner Education to design, develop, and deliver education and certification programs for Walmart Connect’s products. This role drives scalable learning experiences to boost product adoption and advertiser success.

Responsibilities include creating modular curricula, leveraging tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline and Camtasia, and partnering with SMEs to translate product features into impactful learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field required or 4 years of related experience.
• 2 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area; or 4 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver multi-modal learning programs, including ILT, vILT, eLearning, video, simulations, microlearning, and blended learning for internal and external audiences.
• Develop modular curricula (e.g., 101/201/301) that build from foundational product knowledge to advanced capabilities.
• Apply instructional design, UX, and storytelling to create engaging content.
• Create learning assets using Articulate Rise/Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, certification programs, and enablement workshops.
• Partner with SMEs to translate product features into learning experiences.
• Support the development and delivery of certification programs, including content creation and assessments.
• Maintain certification materials and learner tracking within the LMS.
• Ensure consistency and quality across content and learner experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partner Management to align training with launches.
• Lead rollout of training tied to go-to-market efforts and product releases.
• Track and analyze learning metrics and use data to improve content and delivery.
• Own reporting connecting learning outcomes to business impact.
• Contribute to scalable learning platform development and program operations.
