Job summary

Think Zone is growing a Bay Area learning center focused on personalized math education for K–8 students. We are seeking a motivated, early-career candidate for a full-time Learning Center Manager role in the Bay Area.

You will gain hands-on experience across operations, customer experience, marketing, team leadership, and community engagement, while training to lead a center and future expansion. You will learn to recruit and coach tutors, manage schedules, and build relationships with families

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• No previous management experience required.
• Based in the Bay Area and available for full-time, in-person work.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to operate and grow a learning center and support students, families, tutors, and HQ teams.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations, schedules, tutors, students and center activities.
• Recruit, onboard, and support tutors with guidance from HQ.
• Provide ongoing feedback and develop leadership and people-management skills.
