Qualifications

• Based in the Bay Area and available for full‑time, in‑person work.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to grow your center and community through events, partnerships, and outreach.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of a learning center and coordinate schedules.
• Provide welcoming, high‑quality experiences for students and families.
• Recruit, onboard, and support tutors with HQ guidance.
• Develop leadership, coaching, and people‑management skills.
