Total package $55,000 – $72,000/yr (base $25/hr + commission)

30‑40 hours per week

About the Role

We are hiring full‑time Center Managers to lead and grow our flagship learning centers in the Bay Area. As the Center Manager, you’ll operate your center like a business owner— with full support from headquarters— and play a critical role in shaping students’ learning experiences, families’ trust, and the future of the Better Me brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations and ensure smooth classroom and scheduling flow
• Build a positive and trusted relationship with families
• Monitor student learning and track satisfaction
• Promote the center through school outreach, events, and local partnerships
• Convert trial students into long‑term enrollments
• Work closely with the Growth Team to achieve center targets
• Recruit and train tutors with HQ support
• Create a fun, professional, and reliable team culture
• Ensure team quality through feedback and coaching
• Help pilot new systems, provide feedback, and contribute to process improvement
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with HQ departments (training, curriculum, marketing)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Based in the Bay Area and available for in‑person full‑time work
• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership is a plus – but not required
