Job summary

California State University, Fresno's Learning Center Director (Admin II) reports to the Associate VP for Student Success Services and provides strategic leadership, vision, and operational oversight for the Learning Center. The role drives high-impact, data-informed student success initiatives across SI, tutoring, and ASC programs to improve persistence, retention, and graduation outcomes.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree and three years of progressively responsible management or supervisory experience in a student service program such as a Learning Center or tutoring program.
• Experience leading a comprehensive academic support or learning center at a large public higher education institution.
• Advanced knowledge of high-impact practices in student success and related analytics.
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategies, executive reports, and institutional recommendations.
