Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Center Director in Fresno, CA. This pivotal role leads school staff, ensures compliance with licensing standards, and partners with families to create a warm, inspiring environment for children.

You will recruit, coach, and retain quality staff, drive daily operations, and align curriculum with company standards, all while focusing on safety, growth, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader: manage school staff, plan work schedules, evaluate performance, and develop improvement plans; coach and communicate standards with teachers.
• Be an expert: ensure licensing standards are met and foster positive partnerships with the community.
• Be an innovator: spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children learn in a caring, safe environment.
• Be a team player: recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
