Responsibilities include program design, fiscal stewardship, staff development, and cross-divisional collaboration to deliver high-impact student success initiatives with data-informed assessment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and three years of progressively responsible management or supervisory experience in a student service program such as a Learning Center.
• Experience with program development, evaluation, and fiscal management.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Learning Center.
• Lead staffing, budgeting, and cross-divisional collaboration to enhance student success.
• Use data-informed decision making to improve engagement, outcomes, and equity.
