Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years of Training & Development experience (2 in HR)
• Proven track record delivering live training (in-person and/or virtual) to diverse audiences
• PHR or Training Certification or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input to enterprise-wide learning and development strategies with leadership
• Design and develop learning paths, curricula, and learning journeys
• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify KSA deficiencies
• Design, develop, and curate instructor-led, e-learning, and blended formats
• Deliver engaging training sessions in person and online, coaching and mentoring learners
• Support talent development initiatives such as onboarding and leadership programs
• Evaluate training effectiveness using surveys and performance metrics
• Assist with administrative duties related to professional development programs
