Job summary

MFA Incorporated is hiring to support farmers and ranchers across our communities. You will assist in the general operation of the location, providing support to feed, seed, fertilizer, grain and farm supply while following company policy.

We offer growth through cross-training, health and retirement benefits, and a team‑oriented environment. Availability for overtime and weekend work is required as needed to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed).
• CDL Class A preferred or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the general operation of the location by supporting feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply.
• Perform duties in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Support cross-training and growth opportunities within Agri-Service areas.
