Job summary

Penn Foster Group is seeking a Learner Success Manager in Chandler, AZ. You will lead a 15–20 person Learner Success Advocates team, drive retention, and coordinate with Product, Technology and Operations to resolve learner challenges.

This hybrid role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and a commitment to improving learner outcomes. You will mentor staff, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of team management experience in customer service/education fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/management/education or related field preferred.
• Strong learner-retention strategy execution and issue-resolution practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15–20 Learner Success Advocates to meet performance goals.
• Coach for quality issue resolution and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations to address learner challenges.
