Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in industrial manufacturing with leadership responsibility in engineering, operations, or continuous improvement.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams, contractors, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Lean, or similar continuous improvement systems.
• Knowledge of 5S, autonomous maintenance, standard work, reliability improvement, problem-solving, and statistical analysis.
• Strong communication, change management, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI preferred.

• Drive operational excellence and turn Lean/WCM initiatives into measurable, sustainable results.
• Partner with leaders and frontline teams to identify opportunities, eliminate inefficiencies, standardize best practices, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
