Saint-Gobain seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive World Class Manufacturing and Lean initiatives across the business, partnering with leaders and frontline teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and standardize best practices.

The ideal candidate will influence at all levels, manage change, and navigate conflict as processes evolve, delivering safer, smarter and more efficient operations every day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a Business degree with 5+ years Lean Manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with leadership responsibility.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience leading technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or similar continuous improvement systems.
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering required, or a Business degree with 5+ years of Lean Manufacturing experience.

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with leadership responsibility in engineering, operations, or continuous improvement
• 3+ years of people leadership experience leading technical teams, contractors, and cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or similar continuous improvement systems, including reliability improvement, 5S, autonomous maintenance, and standard work
• Preferred Certifications
• WCM White Cap
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Skills & Abilities

Strong knowledge of continuous improvement tools, statistical analysis, and problem-solving methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI is strongly preferred, along with the ability to lead through influence, prioritize work, delegate effectively, and drive accountability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
