Job summary

ETS Staffing is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our client’s in-person team in Lafayette, IN. The role is 1st shift, Mon-Fri, with wages of $28-$30 per hour.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily warehouse operations, implementing Lean methods, and leading a trained team to ensure on-time material delivery for production schedules. A strong ERP/inventory background is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Supervisory experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
• Establish standard work assignments to ensure timely material delivery for production schedules.
• Implement Lean methods such as 5S, Kan Ban, and kitting to improve material flow.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through cross-training and performance management.
