Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures a safe work place is provided for all employees.
• Lead and accelerate improvements in safety, quality, inventory, productivity, delivery and engagement by effectively leading the Lean Transformation.
• Support and drive the Lean Transformation at the Charlotte Distribution Center through standard work, visual management, 9-Step Problem Solving and other Lean tools to identify and eliminate waste.
• Support the site EH&S program in improvements, investigations and corrective actions to meet and exceed IR standards and gov't regulations.
• Collaborate with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment of goals and progress towards them.
