Job summary

Liquidity Services in Brownsburg, IN is seeking a Warehouse Manager to provide operational leadership in a high-volume facility. You will oversee process flow, safety, inventory accuracy, and team performance while aligning with business goals.

Lead a 50+ person team, apply Lean and Six Sigma, and use data to drive improvements. The role requires strong WMS proficiency, excellent communication, and a commitment to continuous operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of direct supervisory experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of warehouse management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 50+ warehouse employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain efficient warehouse flow while adhering to 5S, safety practices, and established operating standards, including effective delegation to supervisors and leads.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to eliminate waste, reduce errors, improve quality, and shorten cycle time.
• Build a culture of excellence by modeling professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ensure data integrity and inventory accuracy within warehouse management systems.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure required service is completed.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, and other business partners to align warehouse activities with operational needs.
• Optimize warehouse layout, processes, and space utilization to improve efficiency and support changing business requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators, establish benchmarks, analyze results, and implement performance improvements.
• Prepare and communicate reports on productivity, inventory levels, and other operational metrics to leadership.
• Conduct regular coaching and performance discussions to support employee development and reinforce expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
