Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping associate in the United States to determine shipping requirements, prepare packing, label items, verify containers and bill of lading, and ensure compliant packaging for dispatch.

The role includes staging material, processing inbound/outbound shipments, coordinating with production scheduling, lifting up to 75 lbs, operating reach trucks or forklifts, reading routing sheets and using basic measuring tools. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Responsible for determining shipping requirements, packing requirements, quantity, catalog numbers, markings and identification, condition of packaging and final packaging of items to be shipped, and adherence to maximum trailer weights.

Responsibilities

• Stage material and prepare documents for inbound/outbound shipments, process UPS inbound shipments and returned goods, coordinate shipments with production scheduling, identify each item with proper SPC number, quantity, and purchase/production order numbers, weigh or hand count items for shipping/receiving.
