Ideal candidates have 2+ years of supervisory warehouse experience, familiarity with Oracle and MS Office, and forklift operation skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or better.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse.
• Familiar with warehouse goods/materials management and inventory systems (Oracle preferred).
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of team Leads and team Members; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage hiring, development plans, schedules, time off, and department allocation.
• Develop and maintain relationships to hit Bloom Energy objectives and customer expectations.
• Ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations and standardized processes.
