Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organizes and implements workflow to improve efficiencies, productivity and customer service.
• Develops metrics for department and conducts performance evaluations for all subordinates.
• Ensures the safety of staff employed in the warehouse.
• Oversees inventory control and cycle count process for accuracy.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse including material flow and equipment.
• Collaborates with department leaders to prioritize workload and meet daily metrics.
