Job description

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and staff coordination. This role is hands‑on and operational, responsible for keeping materials moving efficiently, maintaining a safe and organized warehouse, and supporting internal teams and customers with reliable logistics and service.

Responsibilities

• Manage all shipping and receiving activities
• Maintain accurate inventory using warehouse or inventory software
• Schedule drivers and contractors and coordinate local deliveries
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
• Supervise warehouse staff and support future hiring and training
• Manage warehouse expenses and purchasing accounts
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Attend regular operations meetings and coordinate with leadership
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and DOT‑related requirements
• Deliver strong customer service and support internal teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear communication skills and ability to work across teams
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and basic inventory systems
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in a physical warehouse environment
• Experience with AV equipment or technical inventory preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse or rental software a plus
