Responsibilities

• Create and execute a value stream plan, setting goals and coordinating activities to meet financial objectives.
• Lead Inside Sales and end-to-end Quote-Design-Project Management processes across value stream.
• Oversee design release and ensure compliance with customer and quality system requirements.
• Lead large, complex projects across multiple functions and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with customers to implement successful product solutions and exceed expectations.
• Manage P&L drivers for the value stream and monitor budget performance.
• Provide leadership for value stream employees and drive Lean continuous improvement.
