Job summary

BW Papersystems, part of the Barry-Wehmiller Group, seeks a Product Line Business Leader to own the full equipment lifecycle from quotation through customer acceptance. You will lead value-stream activities, coordinate across engineering, sales, and project management, and drive Lean improvements to meet quality and cost targets.

You will manage budgets, develop strategies for profitable growth, and mentor teams while aligning with company goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering required; master’s degree preferred.
• Typically requires 10+ years’ experience in engineering or project management.
• Demonstrated past leadership positions that validate core management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a value stream plan; establish and execute strategic plans.
• Lead Inside Sales and Quote-Design-Project Management-Customer Acceptance processes.
• Achieve design release and coordinate with Engineering for large modifications.
• Oversee project execution and coordinate cross-functional activities for delivery.
• Manage the P&L drivers of the value stream and monitor budgetary performance.
• Champion Lean culture and continuous improvement across the organization.
