Job summary

Bw Papersystems, part of the Barry-Wehmiller Group, seeks a Wisconsin Parts Value Stream Leader to drive overall performance of Parts value streams, including inside sales, procurement, and operations for domestic and international shipments.

The role requires a Lean, data-driven leader who coaches teams, manages budgets, and partners with Sales and Service to grow profitable sales while improving service levels and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business required.
• 10+ years in customer service, parts, or supply chain roles.
• Manufacturing experience with Lean processes strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Parts business plans aligned with organizational strategy.
• Own and manage P&L drivers, budgets, and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Champion Lean methodologies and drive continuous improvement across value streams.
• Provide leadership for local and remote associates and develop team capabilities.
