Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking an experienced Lean leader to own the transformation agenda for a major site, reporting directly to the Site Director and leadership team.

You will drive a comprehensive Lean roadmap aligned to business strategy, facilitating Kaizen events and embedding daily management, standard work, and visual systems to deliver sustained cost and throughput improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; industrial engineering strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing with leadership in Kaizen/CI.
• Proficiency in Gemba Kaizen, Value Stream Analysis, Visual & Daily Management, Hoshin Kanri.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive sustained changes beyond projects.
• Lean tools such as 3P, TAKT Time, Standard Work; cost reduction and flow improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the transformation agenda and site-wide Lean roadmap.
• Partner with Site Director to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Drive measurable gains across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth.
• Facilitate high-impact Kaizen events focused on flow and constraint removal.
• Develop operators and leaders into capable problem solvers and Lean ambassadors.
