The Lean Transformation Manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives by developing and implementing Kaizen methodologies and the Prysmian Performance System (PPS). This role will focus on fostering a workplace culture that empowers employees at all levels to streamline and enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The leader will collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements and sustain operational excellence.
Compensation: The typical base salary range for this role is $93,000 - $139,000. Actual placement within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, education, skills and geographic location.
