Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks an experienced DBS Leader to drive lean transformation at the Muskegon, MI site. You will deploy the Danaher Business System across the plant, lead Kaizen events, and mentor teams to improve safety, quality, and delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 7+ years in manufacturing, with hands-on GEMBA leadership and change-management skills. This on-site position offers a competitive salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 7+ years in a related manufacturing setting.
• Hands-on GEMBA leadership with a strong connection to the bigger picture.
• Proven track record coordinating/leading lean workshops and kaizen events.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for deployment and integration of the Danaher Business System across the site.
• Develop Kaizen funnel, lead workshops and kaizen events for construction, start-up, product moves.
• Drive culture of continuous improvement with data-based decision making and a focus on safety, quality, delivery and customer success.
• Develop and maintain the site CP funnel and support CP candidates.
• Lead problem-solving sessions using DBS tools and ensure sustainment of results.
