Job summary

Danfoss seeks a DBS Regional CI Expert to lead Lean initiatives across regional manufacturing sites, driving cost reductions and productivity gains within the DBS framework.

You will collaborate with plant teams and cross-functional leaders, use SAP/Power BI for data analysis, and mentor staff on continuous improvement while traveling up to 3 weeks per month. This role demands 10+ years in CI/ops leadership and a hands-on Lean mindset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement and operational leadership.
• Lean Manufacturing expertise with a hands-on approach; Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Shainin or similar advanced problem-solving methods advantageous.
• Ability to travel to regional sites up to 3 weeks per month.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cultures and locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects regionally to deliver cost reductions and productivity gains.
• Troubleshoot process bottlenecks and implement hands-on improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and inventory.
• Align DBS standards with regional business goals through cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyze operational data with SAP, Power BI, and MS Office to drive shop-floor improvements.
• Coach and mentor local teams to spread DBS knowledge and practical problem-solving.
