Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a DBS Leader in Muskegon, MI to deploy the Danaher Business System across the site and drive Lean transformation in a newly constructed manufacturing plant.

You will lead Kaizen events, coach teams, and integrate DBS tools while focusing on safety, quality, and delivery. A bachelor’s in engineering and 7+ years in manufacturing are required; on-site work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 7+ years in manufacturing.
• Experience facilitating lean events and coaching teams.
• Strong communication and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and integration of the Danaher Business System (DBS) across the site.
• Develop Kaizen funnel and lead events for construction/start-up and relocations.
• Institutionalize lean thinking with data-driven decisions, safety, quality, and delivery focus.
• Develop and drive the site Certified Practitioner (CP) funnel and candidate support.
• Lead problem-solving sessions and ensure sustained results.
