Job summary
Danfoss is seeking a DBS Regional CI Expert to drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across regional sites. You will champion the Danfoss Business System (DBS) to reduce costs, improve productivity, and push safety, quality, and delivery standards on the shop floor.
With 10+ years in CI/ops, you will mentor teams, travel regionally up to 3 weeks a month, and collaborate with plant leadership to advance DBS practices using SAP, Power BI, and MS Office.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement and operations leadership.
- Deep Lean Manufacturing expertise with hands-on approach.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
- Shainin or other advanced problem-solving methodologies an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects regionally to deliver cost reductions and productivity gains.
- Troubleshoot bottlenecks and implement hands-on improvements across safety, quality, delivery, and inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DBS standards with regional goals.
- Leverage SAP, Power BI, and MS Office to analyze data and drive shop-floor improvements.
- Coach and mentor local teams to advance DBS practices on the manufacturing floor.
