Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a DBS Leader to drive lean transformation at the Muskegon, MI site. You will lead DBS deployment, manage workshops, and push continuous improvement across safety, quality, and delivery while coordinating with leadership to meet annual plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 7+ years in manufacturing, with strong change leadership and hands-on GEMBA experience. On-site position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 7+ years’ experience in a related manufacturing setting.
• Hands-on GEMBA leadership with a bigger picture view.
• Facilitation/coordination/mentoring of lean workshop/kaizen events.
• Leadership change through deployment of Lean thinking and data‑based decisions.
• Independent drive of results through analytical problem solving and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the deployment and integration of DBS across the site.
• Develop the Kaizen funnel and lead workshops for construction schedules, new factory start-up, product relocations.
• Drive culture of continuous improvement with safety, quality, and delivery focus.
• Develop and drive the site CP funnel supporting CP candidates.
• Lead and support problem‑solving sessions using DBS tools and sustainment follow-up.
