Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a DBS Leader to drive Lean transformations on site in Hauppauge, NY. You will deploy Lean principles, coach leaders and frontline teams, and ensure alignment with business goals across KPI metrics.

You will oversee Kaizens, action plans, and cross‑functional projects, using data-driven methods to elevate productivity and continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, manufacturing planning/scheduling, and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Ability to influence all levels of the organization, including senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Planning, execution, and sustainment of Kaizens, projects, and action plans to improve plant KPI.
• Lead/root-cause analysis using DBS/DSDMAIC approach and develop team skillsets.
• Improve DBS training and facilitate DBS tools adoption and Kaizen coaching.
• Drive performance by immersing in critical plant areas and steering strategic projects from conception to sustainment.
