Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a DBS Leader to drive Lean transformation across our Hauppauge, NY site. You will develop and execute initiatives, coach leadership and frontline teams, and ensure alignment with business goals to improve KPI performance.

Reporting to the Plant Director, this onsite role emphasizes data-driven improvement, training enhancement, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain gains in all KPI metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement.
• Ability to analyze metrics from a general manager’s perspective.
• Strong communication and leadership across levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and sustain Kaizens and action plans to improve plant KPI.
• Lead root cause analysis using DIVE/DMAIC and coach teams.
• Advance DBS training and develop associate capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement across critical plant areas.
