Job summary

The Chemours Company seeks a Lean Transformation Leader at the DeLisle Plant in Pass Christian, MS, reporting to the Senior Value Stream Leader. This role drives continuous improvement across value streams using the Chemours Business System to advance safety, environmental, and operational performance.

Responsibilities include leading Lean initiatives, coaching teams, leveraging Power BI and digital tools, and collaborating across functions to deliver measurable gains and sustainable excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• 10 years of manufacturing experience with 5 years implementing Lean methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading Tier Daily Management, A3 problem solving, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen events to improve operational performance.
• Technical & Analytical Capability: ability to analyze data, develop recommendations, present findings, and train others on Lean tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Lean and continuous improvement efforts including Kaizen events and 6S.
• Mentor and coach site employees in lean methodologies and develop sustainable expertise.
• Use data analytics and digitalization (Power BI, ML, AI) to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with Senior Value Stream Leader and cross-functional teams to execute site initiatives.
• Monitor site metrics and drive improvement across value streams, ensuring daily management rigor.
